RAI TO AUTOMATE LICENSE PROCESSING
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has selected Ruland Associates, Inc. The RAI-engineered system will provide a collaborative workspace, secure handling and easy navigation for NRC officials to review Combined Operating License Applications (COLAs), Design Control Documents, Early Site Permits, Topical Reports and other key documents.

PICANSO NAMED OPERATIONS CHIEF
Ruland Associates, Inc. (RAI) has named Frank Picanso, Jr., as Director of Systems and Operations. His oversight includes data center operations, new technology assessment, user support, telecommunications, and risk and security management at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). "Frank came to us five years ago with superior credentials," said RAI president Jim Ruland, "and he has moved quickly up the ranks." RAI SERVES 15 YEARS AT NRC
